Code of Conduct

Our code of conduct is intended to provide all employees of Transparency Global with guidelines for appropriate professional behavior and conduct. It is intended to guide our values and business practices as we bring transparency to all aspects of business and life.

The key premise of our code at Transparency Global is to provide quality products and services and maintain the highest levels of business integrity and ethics. We do this while attaining the massive transformative purpose to positively impact one billion lives by accelerating the world’s adoption of transparency.

Our research facts and analysis are always fairly presented with our best professional judgement, free of any third parties or bias. Every position at the company includes complete company acceptance, accountability, and responsibility to uphold Transparency Global policies. All employees have the personal and professional responsibility to adhere to all legal requirements while upholding the highest level of ethical behavior and business practices.

Compliance with Laws

Every employee of Transparency Global must obey all applicable laws. It is expected that employees will respect the local culture and values of locations where they work or travel. A Transparency Global employee should raise any questions to the general counsel of Transparency Global if unclear about any laws or requirements.

Environmental Concerns

Transparency Global is committed to a healthy and safe work environment by eliminating all significant recognized pollutants/hazards and to conducting business in an environmentally safe manner based on science, local laws, and customer needs. Employees must comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws.

Political and Civic Dealings

Transparency Global does not contribute, directly or indirectly, to political campaigns or to political parties or groups seeking to raise money for political campaigns or parties.

No employee should authorize or allow his/her Transparency Global employment to be noted in any outside organization’s printed or digital materials or activities without the approval of the Chief Executive Officer of Transparency Global.

Confidential Information

All information, applications and equipment provided by or obtained as a Transparency Global employee during their employment is strictly the property of Transparency Global. No employee will ever knowingly make any false or misleading statements.

All Transparency Global employees agree, as part of their employment, to adhere to this code of conduct as we collaboratively build and grow a company of the highest standards, strongest products, best people and the world’s most transparent clients!
